How to Make
- Dissolve yeast and white sugar in warm water. Leave the solution until creamy (approximately 10 minutes).
- Add flour, olive oil and salt. Beat until smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough on top of sprinkled flour into a circle sized to your taste, place on a pizza pan also sprinkled with flour to prevent sticking. Tip: Create a layer that is thinner than desired, because the pizza dough will expand after heated in the oven.
- Apply ready for use spaghetti sauce on pizza layer, before decorating the pizza with toppings according to your taste.
- Preheat the oven about 30 minutes before use at a temperature of 230 degrees Celsius or 450 degrees Fahrenheit, if the oven does not have a thermostat indicator.
- Enter the pizza and bake until the color turns golden brown (approximately 30 minutes).
