The Cook / Food Explorer

I'm no expert, but love exploring food and drinks and simple cooking. This site shares the journey of my culinary joy in bilingual language, Indonesian and English.

In 2019, I was diagnosed having autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis. So, I have been exploring the paleo diet and herbal remedy drinks in an effort to boost my immune system. And, I am very happy to say that I'm almost recovered without being on any medication. This is a place were I also will share about food and drinks that did work for my recovery. Hopefully this can be helpful for some of you as well.
