Half teaspoon pepper Ginger 1 finger joints Galangal also known as blue ginger 1 finger joints Turmeric 1 finger joints Candlenut 1 piece Garlic 2-3 cloves Shallots5 cloves Cooking oil 2 tablespoons or according to taste Lime leaves2-3 pieces Indian bay leaves 2 pieces 1 stalk lemongrass Green chili (optional) 500ml water or according to need 2 young jackfruit slices One bunch of string beans Thick coconut milk 65ml
How to Make
Blend pepper, ginger, galangal, turmeric, candlenut, garlic and onion until smooth.
Stir-fry seasoning with cooking oil 2 tablespoons or according to taste.
Add lime leaves, Indian bay leaves and lemongrass, plus green chili slices if desired.
Add 500ml water or according to need, then bring to boil.
Add young jackfruit and string bean slices.
Reduce the heat when vegetables are almost cooked, and add thick coconut milk 65ml.
Mix well, then turn off the fire.
